The original curing brine used to make our unique salt cured olives is the basis for this incredible mix. The long curing process leaves a brine so intense in rich olive flavor that nothing can surpass it. The oily olivy richness coats the tongue while the briny intensity from the curing wakes up every taste bud. It is so intense, perhaps it should be labeled a “filthy martini mix”!
We have soaked this brine in real chili flakes to impart a true chili spiciness. Kick it up with a truly unique spicy dirty martini.
